easyodds.com Quiz - Terms and Conditions

  1. The competition restarts at the beginning of each day.
  2. The time limit for answering the 10 question is two minutes.
  3. The questions are multiple choice, to choose an answer, please tick that box.
  4. When there are two or more participants with equal score, the person with the fastest time will be the winner.
  5. If two or more winning entries have the same score and time the positions on the leaderboard will be allocated at random.
  6. Players must be 18 or over.
  7. Entrants must register with easyodds.com using a valid and correct name, postal address and email address. Entrants giving incorrect registration details will not be eligible to win prizes. Please note that registration details can be updated at any time via 'My Account' on the site.
  8. Entries to the quiz are limited to one per person per household. Different profiles created and activated by the same person will be considered as multiple entries. Multiple entries shall be deemed to be invalid and shall be ineligible for any prizes. Persistent attempts at multiple entries into the easyodds' Quiz Competition will lead to complete disqualification.
  9. Participants may only win a maximum of two prizes over the duration of the quiz. If a participant wins a subsequent time, the daily prize will be awarded to the first runner up.
  10. To take part in the quiz you need to be signed in.
  11. Prize winners will be asked to provide positive identification of their registration details.
  12. Only registered members of easyodds.com can play the quiz. As such, all players are bound by the main set of terms and conditions of the easyodds.com Ltd website.
  13. All applications to participate in the Quiz must be made online at www.easyodds.com
  14. Nicknames: easyodds.com reserves the right to refuse to accept nicknames that are felt to be inappropriate or offensive. Unsuitable nicknames will be deleted and the entry will appear under another name.
  15. Employees of easyodds.com Limited, its associates, agents and subsidiary companies and their families and any person connected with the competition are eligible to play but are not eligible to win prizes.
  16. The rules, content and format of the competition are the property of easyodds.com Limited and may not be reproduced without prior written consent of easyodds.com Limited.
  17. Prizes include delivery to a UK postal address. Prizes can only be dispatched on confirmation of receipt of notification from the winner, who will be asked to confirm their postal address.
  18. In the case of disputes, decisions by easyodds.com will be final.
  19. easyodds.com Limited reserves the right to change any prizes at any time.
  20. Free bets will be allocated to an online betting partner of easyodds.com' choice and are subject to the individual betting partners' terms and conditions.
  21. Winners will be notified by email, and where appropriate, in writing.
  22. easyodds.com Limited's decision in all prize matters shall be final. Ticket prizes are dependant on availability and if necessary alternative tickets may have to be offered to an equal or greater value.
  23. easyodds.com Limited does not accept liability for the failure of any other website to deliver prizes as advertised from time to time.
  24. easyodds.com does not accept liability for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network conditions that may limit or prohibit ability to participate in the competition.
  25. Any serious breach of the rules will result in automatic disqualification from the competition.
  26. easyodds.com Limited reserves the right to refuse to accept any registration which, in their opinion, does not comply with the rules and regulations of the competition or which contravenes the spirit of the competition. easyodds.com Limited further has an absolute discretion to disqualify any participant, or vary, amend or waive the rules of the competition at any time and participants agree that no liability shall attach to easyodds.com Limited as a result thereof and that the exercise of such discretion shall not result in any compensation being payable or paid to any participant. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.
